How does the waitlist work?
Please check if a session is waitlisted before signing up. You will still be able to sign up for the session but may be on the waitlist until a space becomes available.
To be admitted to the waitlist you will have to purchase a drop-in session, this is non-refundable but can be used at another time if you do not get into the session off the waitlist.
It would be best if you had your notifications switched on so you are made aware of getting into the session from the waitlist. Alternatively you can check your status through the Good Sauna account which you create to book your session.
You can be notified up to 1 hour before the session starts.

SAUNA ETIQUETTE
Shower Before Entering: Always shower and dry off before entering the sauna. This helps keep the sauna clean and maintains a hygienic environment for everyone.
Limit Your Time: A typical sauna session should last between 10-15 minutes. Pay attention to your body's signals and step out if you feel uncomfortable.
Respect Others' Space: Saunas can be communal, so be mindful of others. Sit on your towel and avoid sprawling out. If the sauna is crowded, make room for others.
Stay Quiet: Saunas are a place of relaxation. Keep conversations to a minimum and maintain a peaceful atmosphere.
No Phones: Leave your phone outside. Saunas are meant for disconnecting and relaxing, and using electronics can disturb others.
Use a Towel: Always sit on a towel to prevent sweat from getting on the benches. This helps maintain cleanliness for everyone.
Don’t Add Water Without Asking: If you want to pour water on the sauna stones to increase the steam, ask others if they’re comfortable with it first.
Respect the Dress Code: Follow the dress code of the sauna. We require all patrons to wear a swimsuit while using our facilities.
Cool Down Gradually: After your sauna session, cool down gradually with a cold shower or dip in an ice bath. Avoid shocking your system by suddenly going from hot to cold.
Hydrate: Drink plenty of water after your sauna session to rehydrate your body.
How long is the recommended hot/cold cycle?
We recommended giving yourself a test round. Be bold, start cold with a cold plunge for 5-10 seconds, warm up in the sauna for 5-15 minutes and then take some rest time by the fire for 10-15 minutes and repeat. Increase your cold plunge time to 1-2 minutes on the next round if possible.
It’s important to note that everyone’s tolerance is different, if you need to do a shorter time in the cold plunge, or longer in the sauna please go at your own pace.
Can I bring my own refreshments/food?
With the exception of a water bottle, no. We provide water fountains and complimentary tea.
Additional refreshments will be available from the Club De Padel reception.
Food is not permitted while using The Good Sauna facility.
What facilities are available for changing?
We have changing rooms available for use. We recommend arriving already in your bathing suit. Our facilities are friendly for all genders.
Can I shower?
Showering is essential before going into the sauna and cold plunge. We have a shower on site near the changing rooms.
BOOKING
How to Book
To book your slot, just navigate to the date / time you require and select Book. It's as simple as that. If you can't find the date you require then you can add yourself to the Waitlist.
Early Cancellation
If you find that you can no longer attend your booking, you can cancel it up to 24 hours before the session start time and claim it back as a session pass. The session pass will be added to your profile under the "Passes" tab and can be used for the same type of session you originally booked.
For example, if you cancel a 'Community Sauna’' session, you’ll only be able to use that session pass to book another 'Community Sauna’' session.
Late Cancellation
If you need to cancel within 24 hours of the session start time, unfortunately, we're unable to issue a pass or reschedule the session. As a small business, late cancellations have a significant impact on us.
Refund Policy
Please note, we do not offer monetary refunds except in exceptional circumstances. Any refunds will be issued as a pass for the same session as originally booked.
